The High-Speed Horizontal Flow Wrapper is a high-speed flow wrapping machine for continuous packaging of solid food products with regular shapes. It forms heat-sealed pillow packs from roll film and is suitable for round, disc-shaped, spherical, square, rectangular, oval, oblong, cylindrical, and other regularly shaped products.

The machine is mainly used for candy, confectionery, and other solid food products requiring continuous horizontal packaging. Its full-servo control system supports smooth machine operation, while the large product feeding tray provides a stable feeding area for continuous product supply.

With a packaging speed of up to 1,500 packages/min, the High-Speed Horizontal Flow Wrapper is suitable for high-output packaging applications. Individual machine sections can be operated separately for convenient adjustment and servicing, while an automatic film splicing system is available for continuous production without stopping the machine for film changes.
