产品概述

The Multi-Function Pillow Packing Machine is a horizontal flow wrapping machine for continuous pillow-pack packaging of solid products in different shapes and sizes. It uses roll film to form, seal, and cut individual packs, making it suitable for food, pharmaceutical, daily-use, and selected industrial products.

The Multi-Function Pillow Packing Machine uses a five-servo touchscreen control system for coordinated operation and straightforward parameter adjustment. A high-precision photoelectric tracking system automatically tracks the cutting position and counts packaged products. This machine can also be configured with additional functions such as automatic coding, gas filling, automatic film splicing, and no-product/no-film stop according to the packaging process.

Its modular structure allows individual machine sections to be operated separately, which makes adjustment, troubleshooting, and servicing more convenient. The wide finished bag length range also makes this machine suitable for products with different package lengths.
